a year for the books, baddies.

Happy New Year baddies! 🎉 ✨ We've spent most of December resting, recharging, and slowing down before this new year (also half rotting on the couch, half vision boarding/planning for 2024 🤗 ). We're so grateful for this community that continues to blossom and grow beyond our wildest dreams!

We're sharing a recap of our 2023 in review, from launching our very first digital product self-care guide, to doing several in-person events with GoogleRare Beauty and University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business to being feature in Essence (in print!!), Girlboss and Sustainable Baddie- we're so excited for what's in store this year! 💖

  11. Featured as guest editor in collaboration with Apple Podcasts, in honor of #mentalhealthawarenessmonth and curated a list of our favorite podcasts (including @thesoftlifepod obvi) for a softer life

  13. Founder, Priscilla O. Agyeman, MPH was inducted as an alumna into Delta Omega the Honorary Society in Public Health

  17. Hosted our in-person event, Finding Soft Spaces Within for Black @Google Network team in NYC

  18. Shared an incredible guest episode with the @fairybrandmuva_, and CEO of Cult Farms, Dominique Webb about life as a CEO, what it’s like having a Black woman owned-farm and more

  19. Invited to Berekely Haas in San Francisco, CA for their first, beautiful @BlackWellnessWeekend where we participated in a panel discussion and had loads of activities and indulged in some much needed self-care

  20. Attended events for World Mental Health Day with @InsideThenOut, a beautiful social impact dinner with @ENVSNFestival, and celebrated our friends at @SadGirlsClub annual friendsgiving fundraiser

  21. Shared an amazing guest episode with the the multihyphenate therapist and creative, Oumou Sylla, LMFT aka @connectwithoumou about radical mental health care

  22. Decided to end the year softly and take a short hiatus to rest and recharge until the new year!
