in a world where digital connections often feel fleeting, meet Cat Lantigua (she/her), a Dominican-American first-time author, facilitator, and powerful community builder. from her roots in the Bronx, NY, to becoming a bi-coastal soul between Mexico City and New York, Cat has always had a gift: the ability to create spaces where others feel truly seen. through her work as the founder of Goddess Council®, she’s fostered communities both online and IRL, guiding people to form deep, intentional relationships in a time when we need them most.

in our conversation, Cat unpacks what it means to be a "community conduit"—a bridge between people seeking deeper, more meaningful connections. she reflects on the challenges of leading with heart, sharing her own battles with burnout and how she’s found balance by staying rooted in her purpose. as the world faces an escalating loneliness epidemic, Cat’s approach to community offers a powerful remedy: the kind of soulful connection that goes beyond the surface.

we also dive into the wisdom she’s gained from practicing celibacy, a decision she credits with unlocking new levels of creativity. with honesty and vulnerability, Cat shares how even temporarily stepping away from romantic pursuits allowed her to pour more fully into her purpose, and how the wisdom of elders continues to shape the way she shows up for her community.
