in conversation with Dominique Webb-CEO of Cult Creative Agency & Cult Farms

Today we have none other than Dominique Webb, aka “@FairyBrandMuva” and CEO of Cult Creative Agency: a remote brand design agency and marketing consultancy for WOC-owned brands. Dominique has has worked with many well-known brands such as Fenty Corporation by Rihanna, Issa Rae, SKIMS, Netflix and HBO Max. In this episode, we share:

  1. Dominique’s nonlinear, nontraditional journey into building @cultcreativeagency_, one of the most coveted digital brand agencies from scratch

  2. How rejection became redirection and why starting over is a blessing in disguise

  3. What it’s like running a digital brand agency AND a farm, while navigating womanhood in your 30s.
